we feel so blessed!

January started out great, we were pumped with a handful of goals and ambitions for the year. Sometimes i only seem to keep track of the struggles that life throws out and not record all the great many blessing that have been poured upon us i feel. we have almost made it a year!! YAY! its been a great year filled with many great learning experiences for the both of us. Lately, especially in the last week or so i have been AMAZED at the opportunities we have been praying for have finally come about. I'm so grateful to be able to have the opportunity to get a 2nd job working with Dane at Ada West Dermatology, it works out great with my salon schedule and i feel alittle more on top of everything financially. its been a blessing to know that i get to see my little honey more then good morning and goodnight!

last Thursday we had a great opportunity to be there with my little brother preparing for a mission by taking out his own endowments in the temple. it was so wonderful to see him grow up and figure out who he wants to become. he is getting ready to serve in the Philippines and leaves may 5th!!! I'm so happy for Austin, he's been able to live with us for a couple of months and its been so fun to share this time with him before he leaves.

for the month of January Dane and i made it a goal to go to the temple once a week, it was hard but we made the time and i was amazed at how things fell into place. We know that are lives have been richly blessed because of going. We hope that we can go more this year then we have in the past and that the blessings and the spirit will continue to be felt in our relationship and life.
